By using Shockwave during the beta period you agree to these draft terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Shockwave is provided as a beta product. Features, rules, and availability may change. We may suspend or end access for maintenance, abuse, or legal reasons.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the service (for example automated abuse, harassment, or attempts to circumvent limits).

Giveaways and prizes

Specific rules for giveaways, eligibility, and prizes apply in the app and in any separate terms we publish for those features. In case of conflict, the more specific rules govern that feature.

The service is provided “as is” during beta to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
