Who we are
Shockwave is a mobile app for giveaways and related features. This page describes how we handle personal information in the current pre-release period.
What we collect
- Account data: For example email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in (including with Google or Apple when enabled).
- Profile and app content: Information you choose to provide in the app (such as display name or giveaway-related content).
- Technical data: Such as device type, app version, and security-related logs needed to run the service and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and improve the app, authenticate users, send transactional emails (e.g. verification or password reset), comply with law, and protect users and the platform.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (for example hosting and authentication services) that process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information.
